Our college of Hotel management an catering technology conducted the practical with preparing the delicious biryani under the guidance with Principal and Chef.
The preparation was displayed in front of our former Minister Dr.C. VijayaBasker,Viralimalai constituency who tasted and appreciated the students and our correspondent who encouraged the students , the registrar whon patronaged, the principal who coordinated the practical, the chef who led
the practical and the staff cooperated unreluctantly to the event. The college thanks to everyone who supported behind the successful program.
